Defrost dukboki duk if frozen
Heat water over medium heat in a wok
Add hot pepper paste and stir. Keep stirring occasionally
Add carrots (you can microwave them first to speed things up)
Slice and add onions
Begin boiling separate pot for eggs. Cook accordingly for hard boil eggs
Add red pepper powder, garlic powder, and cinnamon (optional: honey or brown sugar to sweeten it). Stir all ingredients together
Chop up peppers and add to wok. Stir all ingredients
Chop up garlic and add to wok. Stir all ingredients
Chop green onions and set aside for topping
Low boil all ingredients for 20 min
Peel hard boiled eggs. Add eggs to wok
Add duk to wok and stir
Bring everything back to a boil
Serve and enjoy!
